THANKSGIVING COLD BREW

Created by our friends at Farm & Forest Organic Coffee Roasters

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 oz rosemary syrup*

  • 6 oz cold brew concentrate

  • sprigs of rosemary

  • 1-2 oz Depth Charge vodka

  • 1-2 oz cream or cream liqueur of choice

Method:

Pour cold brew in a glass over ice. Add 1-2 oz of rosemary syrup and the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with more ice. Shake well to combine. Strain into the glass of cold brew and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

To make your own rosemary syrup combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar with a few rosemary sprigs in a pot. Heat to a rolling boil over the stove. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain out the rosemary.
