HONEY BEE COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
1.5oz Bee Champion Gin
1.5oz freshly juiced honeydew
0.5oz fresh lime
0.75oz wildflower honey and orange blossom syrup (3:1)
Method:
Shake on ice until chilled, pour over crushed ice in Collins glass, float three dashes of Rootside Aromatic-ish bitters, and top with a pretty (edible) flower.
